Data Sharing: Enrolled Provider- Unknown at Covering Clinic

Current workflow: Declaring the Patient’s Primary Clinic A patient’s Primary clinic is the clinic in which they are currently enrolled. Provider Enrollment is recorded per Patient in the Patient Demographics section. 1. Go to Patient Section, Demographics Tab 2. Click the Enroll button beside the Current Enrollment Status field 3. Select the attending Provider from the dropdown 4. Enter the Enrollment Date 5. Click OK This change request is to make a change in the covering clinic to show “enrolled at primary clinic with dr X”. A dr may think they have a bunch of enrolled pts in their system, but really the pts are enrolled to another provider at a primary clinic. There is no way to know the pt came from a primary clinic and should not be enrolled to them. If the same Dr works at multiple clinics they also need to know this is their pt.
