Prescription Author

Who wrote that Rx? "Print/Fax" does not show, in fact it inputs my name onto someone else's historic Rx. "Print/Fax Summary" .. yes , that shows the original user but this is not a good workflow. Suggest a column in Medications that shows the Rx Author and any reprints or redo faxes show the original authors name as well (note: reprint / re fax is not the same as renew)
