Ability to Completely Remove "Stars" from the Day Sheet Merged

At this time, there is no way to completely remove the stars listed in the Day Sheet via EMR> Day Sheet> right click the Star column> Edit - The list that shows when in this section, will show every star that has been created, but there is only a green plus and pencil icon to edit, no red x to delete. - You are able to remove the star and name and update the star so it does not display anything - You can also mark the star as Inactive, but it will show up in this list when clicking Edit Please add the red "X" to delete a Star when it is no longer needed.
