Alternate Option for printing Appendices from Spreadsheet's on forms.

If you have a spreadsheet component on your form (such as on an antenatal spreadsheet) and there are more rows of data than visible, a scroll bar will appear. However, it is not possible to print a scroll bar, so an appendix is added to the end of the print out. The Appendix takes the first rows of the spreadsheet (aka the oldest rows) and prints these on the additional page leaving the newest entries on the actual page of the form. However, this then causes the entries to be out of order. For example, if I had entries on Jan 1, Feb 1, March 1 and April 1; March and April being past the scroll bar. The print out would appear: March 1 April 1 Appendix Jan 1 Feb 1 When you would really want the entries to go in order: Jan 1 Feb 1 Appendix March 1 April 1
