Task Communication: Documention of users ** Urgent - Security

URGENT: This issue should be urgently looked into as it poses several security and patient care related issues. As it stands a task or message is sent to provider requesting a response - there is NOTHING in the task that indicates who wrote what text on these tasks, and on top of that these can be changed and / or deleted. These options should not even be possible. It would be recommended messages/tasks are similar to that of text or email. Forward mail and response mail should be indicated with: - user name - date - time (these should be included for each correspondence in the task)
