Start Date AND End Date to Display in Medical History Band

Currently, in EMR> Encounter Notes> Medical History Band, the only date that is displayed is the Start Date. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to view the Start AND End Dates. For example: In an office with an Obstetrical Band, the MD could record the first date of the patient's last period and then the date of delivery, and be able to display both. Not have to click and then view the End Date.

    Another use case for this would be for Rheumatologists using a medical history band to track biologic medications. There are strict reporting requirements and it would be helpful to quickly see the end date rather than having to open each item.
