Remove user name from footer of printed documents

The footer, bottom left, of many printed documents contains the user name of the person who printed it. We'd like this to be optional, and idea for how that can be accomplished below. When we print of a statement of account or any other report that we send externally there is no need for the patient to know the user’s first initial and last name. This is a security concern for us and needless, as if we ever needed to find out who printed a letter for a patient this is well documented within Accuro and will only be used internally. If patients have user names printed to them on the bottom of documents all they need is an unlocked workstation to start guessing passwords. Suggested remedy: In manage security, have the admin be able to add a signature which could be printed instead of the user name, so instead of ‘dguenther’ appearing , it could be ‘IT Department’ or ‘Billing’ or ‘Medical Centre’ that way internally we could append a numeric identifier if we desired, ‘Billing 04’, 04 referring to a certain person on the billing team.
