Search and Replace

It would be very helpful to have the ability to replace the details in a specific field with other characteristics. For example if a provider leaves a clinic and his/her patients need to be reassigned, one would be able to create a query that captured those patients (SEARCH) and then change the "Office Provider" field with the person taking over "REPLACE". This functionality could also be of significant use if a clinic/region wanted to alter the nomenclature in the their virtual chart. We use the ill conceived term, "images" to mean Diagnostic Imaging. But it would be very difficult to change this category to the correct name without it resulting in difficulty finding items in the virtual chart unless we had SEARCH AND REPLACE ability. Thanks!

    It would also be very helpful to have this when a provider leaves the Region.  We could then replace that provider's name in the Office provider field with "None" or blank it out instead of having to do this manually.
