Reward People for Good Ideas

Best Idea Ever? I have never gone to Ideaspace because it just seems like a place to direct disgruntled physicians. As they state in Freakonomics, people respond to incentives. I think the person that proposes the idea that receives the largest number of votes (over 1-2 weeks?) should be given one year of EMR Support without charge. Anyone who proposes more that 10 ideas that are implemented should be given one month of free support. It is important to reward the people who come up with ideas that improve this program. We all want it to improve and for the company to succeed but we are all busy and if people aren't rewarded why would they bother?
