Move the med history in generated letter to below the body of note.

Would like to see a change in the location of where the information is pasted when selecting medical history when generating a letter, especially in the case of the referral letter. At the moment it enters all medical history information (if you choose the option to add it to your generated letter) below the Dear Dr. section and before the reason for referral or note section of the generated letter. This is in essence backwards as to what a proper letter format should look like. The note should be after the salutation and then medical history or medication (again if option chosen) should appear below that. I am aware that a form can be made in another section of the virtual drawer by using the form editor however it would be a shame not to use this part of the program which was meant to be used for this reason however it just does not fit a proper letter format. And for a busy Doctor cutting and pasting is just not an option.
