Calculating the number of days a patient is in INR Range - Rosendaal Method

We need a method to display the TTR (Time in Therapeutic Range) in order to meet the objectives of the a Point-of-Care (POC) INR Program. The Rosendaal method identifies the days in range, versus the traditional manual method of counting up tests in range. It is a much more accurate means of effectiveness.

Great idea! Many FHTs run Anticoagulation Point-of-Care programs and this measure is the 'gold standard' in terms of measuring this program's effectiveness. The functionality exists within TELUS PS Suite via a custom form and it would be great if we had the ability to calculate TTR in Accuro as well. We have 2 large Anticoagulation clinics which use Accuro and it would be invaluable to have this functionality.
