Address Book - Search Functionality

When searching for anybody in the address book, it would be great to be able to enter the first three characters (with or without the '%') as per the demo page/patient search and everybody with those letters within their name appears. Currently, the functionality of the search for a Provider and Insurer is on the first name entered only. For example, if we are trying to find 'Peterborough Pain Clinic' in our locality and enter the word 'pain' only, no results will be displayed. A thought I had, was for us to change the name in the address book, but then any generated letters would not print the correct name on paperwork, which seems unprofessional. As an aside, if you enter the word 'pharmacy' every address book entry with the word pharmacy in their name is displayed, even if the word pharmacy is the second word in the name. For example, Ben's Pharmacy etc. Only applies to Provider and Insurer, if the name in the address book has been entered as a Contact or Pharmacy, results will be displayed when entering a second name. There may well be a good reason for this, but to me it would make sense to have the same functionality within the address book, for whoever your searching. Would save a great amount of time, especially for new staff who are not familiar with names. Thanking you in advance.
