Template Drop Down List--Hiding selected templates

This feature is currently available when the user is in the EMR encounter notes section. The user can select those templates that they wish to view/use and hide the others from view using the Edit button at the bottom of the dropdown. When the user is elswhere (for example in the Document section) and needs a template, the user clicks Cntrl - F11 and the full list of templates pops up rather than the edited one. It would make sense to display the user-specific selected list because the shorter list makes it quicker to find the appropriate template, regardless of whether you are in the EMR section or elsewhere.
