Clean up the Allergy section

If a person is allergic to Penicillin, I want to add Penicillin - allergy (rash) - simple as that. If you do that it comes up as non drug allergy, or as a death warning or something - similar for all general groups you want to add - I often find I choose the drug and it tells me its a non drug allergy or if I want to add an intolerance it shows up as an allergy......very frustrating and much too complicated. all we need is two headings - the drug - and "allergy" (with reaction as a visible note), OR 'intolerance" (with a visible note).
