"Expiry Date" as option in Query Builder for Prescription alerts

Our clinic would like to be able to run reports on patients who have a prescription that is going to expire within the next 30 days, to ensure that those patients are booked in for an appointment before the prescription runs out. This will help avoid the mass of patients who call indicating they've run out of their medication and now need an urgent appointment. Currently, you can only run reports based on start date, but there's no end date, or based on Recently Active status, by which time the medication has already expired.
