Referral/community resources pool

Our clinic has been saving in an google doc of different resources/services that we can refer/recommend patients to. Some are ones that we have been reached or have connections before. But it is impossible to remember on top of your head if you don't use that service often and a google doc is very linear and not that user-friendly. It would be nice if Accuro would have a centralized place for information regarding referrals and community services, ie. name of physician/clinic/centre, type of service available/criteria/geographic based?, referral forms (linked to EMR), payment type (MSP/private/extended care) etc. hopefully that is searchable too. Right now we have the address book but it is not so friendly in terms of searchability.
