When in the scheduler and the patient info side, the Reason and Location of Provider are not needed all the time. Also there are times that I need to make notes in the patient's info, and it would also be nice if they could be left on, not just for that one time, ie if I book an appt. today and make a note then book the patient for another time that note does not go with for the next visit.

Reason and Location in Patient side of Scheduler should be an option, so that there is more room. Also there should be an option for adding a note, so that when a note is added it will always be there until I delete it. Because as it is now, if I make a note it is only there for that time and does not follow for the next visit. Also we should be able to strike through an appointment instead of having to make short forms of cancelled.
