Dates in Virtual Chart for Appointment Reminder Letters

Customers would like the Date Column in the Virtual Chart to reflect the Current Date. Currently when you create an appointment reminder letter and have it auto-populate the date and time, you must choose the appointment Date of Service when prompted, so that the information will populate the letter correctly. The issue with this is, after you generate the letter and print and/or fax it and look for it on the patients Virtual Chart, the date shows the appointment date not today's date. The workaround for this is to sort items by the created date rather than date by clicking the column picker (grid icon) and adding the created date. Customers do not like this as they feel the date should be properly displayed under the Date Heading.
