Have NONE as a display option under Active Medications rather than None Recorded

Currently if you have nothing added in Active Medications it will display with None Recorded. Customers would like the option of adding NONE, to note that they have ensured that the patient is not currently taking any medications. You are able to add NONE to Alternative Health Products, but when you select this under Active Medications, you still need to add a dosage and the dosage displays next to the NONE. Customers would like to simply be able to select none.
