Add history band items from Documents inbox or Virtual Chart item/Document previewer

Just like you can add Medical History band items at the bottom of a Progress Note, we would like the same functionality to appear when you double-click on a form/note or document in Virtual Chart to view it, or from Documents inbox. This would be particularly useful from Documents inbox. As an example, CT scan results come back. Document was sent to provider's document inbox. Provider reviews document, which confirms a new diagnosis. It would be really convenient if there was a quick-link ability to add the new diagnosis (as well as CT scan investigation to our Investigations & Consultations band) from the Document inbox. Maybe something as simple as a Green Plus button somewhere on screen, when hit it asks you which band you would like to add to, once selected it opens the small screen that is applicable to that band.
