Run report on cancelled appointment reason

When in the Query builder and generating a report on Cancelled Appointment Reasons, the current list that is pulled is the Appointment Reasons and not the reasons a patient may not have cancelled. It would be more helpful if a list of all reasons why a patient may have cancelled an appointment appeared in the list than the list of reasons a patient may be coming in for an appointment. The only current work-around is to generate the report (cancelled appointment) and within the options, select Cancelled Reason as a column to display. This does display the results we need however it would be nice to have the ability to filter the report based on a specific cancelled reason rather than all cancelled reasons.
