Add and removing Scheduler templates should display consistently in Audit logs

Below, two completely different workflows are listed. However, in the audit log, they appear as the same activity. Workflow 1 --- Adding: Scheduler > Templates and Suggestions > select provider / date / template etc. > Apply. Audit Log Activity: July 08 | user: Sally | activity: link schedule template to provider | comment: template [example] to provider [Dr. smith], June 10. Workflow 2 -- Removing: Scheduler > navigate to date specified in workflow 1 > highlight area > right click > Template Suggestions > remove suggestion.     This effects Online Booking - as Audit Logs do not track changes made to when a suggestion is made available for online or not. This means that when a Provider wants to make themselves available for Online Appointments, they may expect to see availability in the booking site because the suggestion is applied, but if the suggestion was applied as not available for Online, and then just edited to be available for Online, the availability won't display in the Booking Site until either the whole suggestion is re-applied, or Stargate is restarted.

    This would make troubleshooting and training easier for staff in clinics, as well as QHR.
