Time Stamp Change

My time stamp, when I finish an encounter (patient note) after pressing "F12" only has my first initial and last name. No capital letters, no space, no professional designation at the end of my name. This is ridiculous! If I want to print off my note, to send to another colleague, I could be Joe Layperson off the street! There needs to be a way the time stamp can be altered to correctly type out our full name, and our professional designation for patient safety, and for interprofessional clarity. Come on, IT...we need this FIXED!
