Capitalize first letter of first word of sentence when using Spell Check

Although a previous idea about auto correct has a comment about this issue and the idea has apparently been "completed" I have yet to see this fixed in my current Accuro version. When using Spell Check in say Clinical Notes, when the first word of a sentence is corrected with Spell Check, the first letter of the corrected word is not capitalized if the saved word stored in the dictionary is not capitalized. Would be nice if the first letter of the saved word in the dictionary knows when to capitalize and when not to capitalize. Work around would be to capitalize the saved word but then you have the opposite problem of the Spell Check putting a corrected word with capital in middle of sentence. This saves having to go back and manually Capitalize when proper formatting for letter generation is required.
