Form to history band for kiosk to assist letter generation

It takes a lot of time and effort to gather and insert some of the mundane medical info during a patient encounter. The new kiosk system could cut down on this, and leave some of the work to patients. Here is is a function I would like to see (as an example): The option for a patient to fill out a form that asks "What are your current medications" with a large space for open text. Patient fills in information. Information then populates a custom band bar that uses open text that we will call "Other prescriptions" (indicating these meds not prescribed by this MD office). Then in the letter template, you could pull in the custom medical history called "Other prescriptions" and now have all the meds in the letter without me or my MOA having to enter them all (of course we confirm them) the second I open my patient encounter note. And all these meds then stay in place on the med history, and could be edited with a new form the next time the patient shows up.
