The tracking feature in the encounter notes is a great way to do this - the only problem that we have with it - is that Accuro designed it to flag pts by fiscal year - not their birthdate - so it can be a year delayed before you see the indicator.
We have done this with tracking bands but Accuro needs to update the ability to query then. Please upvote this issue as well
