Search Form Editor for a Form

As we add more and more forms and then sometimes need to edit them, it becomes more difficult to find them because they are filed in Form Editor under their various headings/folders). A search window would help a lot (similar idea to the search window in the drop-down in the EMR tab), otherwise the user needs to go to the EMR tab, find what heading the form is filed under, go back to Form Editor and open that heading/folder to locate the form.

It would also be hugely helpful to have a "Close Form" option within Form Editor in order to close a form and move on to working on another one. The natural workflow is to close, but hitting this button closes the entire Form Editor.

I agree. Form management and version control needs an overhaul.  A central database that identifies the true owners of the form (ie.  pharma company, imaging dept etc) and allows them to update it without cost will benfit to all.  Login to the form repository should be same as Accuro login if possible.

Additionally, we often have several different versions of the same form saved (ie, lab req's for different things).  When a form needs editing, having a search function would be incredibly helpful as it would bring up all versions/copies of the form.
