Ability to Compress or Expand Provider Permissions Offices

For any clinic with more than 30 physician entries in Accuro and numerous offices making changes to users access can be overly complicated, the "Provider Permissions" tab would benefit greatly from having the ability to compress the offices in this screen. A Single button at the top of the list to compress or expand all offices as well as a button beside each office to compress or expand that specific office
