Automatic Unite Fax downloads

Currently, users "tell" Accuro to download Unite faxes: Documents > download. The problem is that if the download button isn't selected for a while (like for a weekend for example) than the next download will take a long time. Some people wish the faxes will automatically downloaded into Accuro.

The issue we are having is that the site I work for has 6 offices and 6 different unite accounts. On average we have 100+ faxes for each office every day. So we need to have a dedicated person for each office checking this every 10 mins. We are looking to have this a bit more automated so less user intervention is required.

What we would like is to have a user click the download button, but once its initialized have the Unite login just check for new faxes every 5 mins or less.

The designed function is missing this simple component and would make larger sites a lot happier with this service if it were to function more like Windows Fax did before the switch over.

    Thanks.
