Add a form directly to the letter queue

In Accuro right now you can right-click on a Form (Encounter Notes tab) and select "Generate Letter" but this does not do what you might think. The pop-up menu lets you select a note, and that's all it does: adds a note of the selected type. You might as well relabel it "add an unrelated note". What it OUGHT to do is lead you into the Generate Letter screen with a new note created AND the original form already added as an attachment. This might then make sense. Right now: Minimum key clicks to go from a note to 'add to letter queue': 3 Minimum key clicks to get from a Form to 'add to letter queue': 11 This is quite a disparity, and assumes anyway that the user know what they are doing. 11 is too much. Please help.
