file name and date on submission reports.

When a submission is uploaded to OHIP the file name is generated. It would be helpful especially for accounting and reconciliation purposes that the file name and date show up on submission reports. This would help when there are claim errors and are then resubmitted - the claim is in a new submission but does not the amount in the original batch does not decrease - I need to make this change in my accounting program - the totals are entered for each batch so it is important to know which claims are assigned to which submission batch so the claim amounts are correct and then can be reconciled.
