Searching Words in Virtual Chart

When entering a specific word in the search bar of the virtual chart, I would like to be able to search out more than one word at a time - KEYWORDS. For example, if I am looking for all documents related to a patient's diabetes, I would like to be able to search out the word diabetes as well as any and all abbreviations that may be used in place of the word diabets in the search bar. In our office some use DM to represent diabetes and some spell out the whole word, same with hypertension we also use HTN. It would be nice to be able to type in the search bar several words so you can find all documents related to the disorder(s). Would save time I think especially when researching a chart that is fairly long.
