"Send Later" function in outgoing faxes - specific time option

We often have larger faxes to send out (20+ pages) that completely tie up our outgoing faxes as other faxes have to wait in the queue until the large one is complete. Could an option be added when the "send later" is chosen to add a specific time? We have extended hours and the only way to send these is to wait until the clinic is closed (after 10pm) and manually choose to send them off.
