Highlight Kiosk Arrivals in Traffic Manager

When someone checks in through Kiosk, there is no indication that the patient is there (other than their name appearing the sea of others currently in our waiting room). When we are busy and there is a couple dozen patients in the waiting room, we need to know who arrived themselves so we can get the proper paperwork ready for their doctor and appointment. Please add an option to highlight people, in traffic manager, who arrive by kiosk. or give some indication that someone has arrived themselves. Maybe the same way you can add an appointment status icons, create one that would be visible for kiosk arrivals and have it display in traffic manager.

    A feature to address this idea is currently scheduled for the 2016.03 iteration of Accuro. Should QHR Technologies be required to reschedule the feature, an additional comment will be added to advise of the new schedule.

    Upon release, the Idea will be marked as Complete and QHR Technologies will provide further detail on the implemented solution.

    As of 2016.03/2016.04, patients that self arrived via the Accuro Kiosk will have an indicator in the Traffic Manager to alert Accuro users that the patient was self arrived.
