Tailor daysheet to user needs

There are valuable fields missing on a printed version of the daysheet. In our clinic we print out daysheets to review them with other clinical team-members at the beginning of the day (the fact that they are on paper makes it easier for us to all look simultaneously at our day and discuss clients amongst ourselves). Valuable information about the appointment is missing (like appointment reason) which is crucial to this process. Please create the ability for the user or clinic to define which items they would like displayed on the printed version of the daysheet.
