Private Billing - Refund improvement

When a claim is billed to a user and a payment is applied and the payment is to be refunded, if you click on the payment made, the information about the payment does not auto populate on the right hand side. A user has to input the exact information about the payment to refund it, where as if it auto populated, the status of the payment could be changed quickly. Better yet, on each paid item make them right clickable with a refund menu to change status of the payment.
