Appointment pop-up note should work from F4 screen

Currently, if an appointment 'popup note' is entered for a given appointment, and that appointment is selected from the F4 screen, the popup note does not actually appear. It only works if you select the appointment from the scheduler itself. Staff in our clinic almost always cancel appointments from the F4 screen, as this workflow saves having to navigate in scheduler to right day/time/provider, however they may be losing vital information in the popup note by doing so (ex. sometimes our popup note indicates "important appointment - if cancelled please notify provider").
