Alert user when Recurring Task cycle has been completed

If the user sets up a recurring task, they need to choose an end date for the recurring task. For example, you could set up a task to arrange for an annual echocardiogram for Jane Doe which would start today and end in 20 years. There is no alert when that task expires in the 21st year. For a number of patient specific intermittent interventions the patient may need to have a test or action taken at a specified interval indefinitely. This creates a potential challenge to patient safety because the user initially must choose a somewhat arbitrary end date for this recurring task. The user may not know how long the action will need to be taken after a certain time frame. Thus, when that time frame has elapsed, there isn't a way of the user knowing that the recurring task needs to be reassessed. The user could always choose an end date for 100 yrs from the date the task was started, but this would reduce the utility of the function (having a fail-safe alert to trigger the user to review the appropriateness of a part of an ongoing care plan periodically)
