Add an "Unable to Complete" button for tasks.

Add an "Unable to Complete" task so that the notes for that task can remain in the patient's chart. The only options to remove a task are "Remove" which removes the task and all the notes, and "Completed" which is misleading if that task couldn't actually be completed. For example, if a task to "Request Previous File" could not be completed because it was no longer available, but the attempt had been made to request it, other users need to know this information therefore an action button to indicate this would be extremely helpful, especially when viewing the virtual chart.
