Instead of locking an entire patient file so that only those chosen can have access, our office would like to be able to lock specific appointments by dates.

Our office is in small town SK, where our patients are often our family and friends. Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us, as to all offices, but in an office where all staff apart from Drs have the same access rights to Accuro, locking entire files hampers us from doing our jobs. If a particular office visit could be locked, either by a physician or at a patient's request, instead of the entire file it would provide confidentiality and access for staff to complete their responsibilities.
