Arrive appointments from Claims screen

We would like the ability, from the Claims module, to right-click on a claim that is linked to an appointment and Arrive that appointment. Our clinic doesn't require healthcards, so we don't use the card-swipe to arrive appointments. As our staff work from the Claims screen a lot more than the Scheduler (it's also easier to locate patient alphabetically on Claims screen, than from Scheduler, when you have multiple providers with appointments that day), this ability would save them time in having to toggle back and forth between Claims and Scheduler modules.
