Remove Ability To Delete Tasks

Currently if users have the ability to add and complete a task, they also have the ability to delete one. It would be helpful if in the feature access area for system administrators there was an option to check off "Allow task removal". This way it could be restricted in the sense that the only way a task could be removed for some users would be if it was completed.

    task content can be changed is another big issue, I think. 

    Not just task, the messenger can be change or erase is not professional for medical system.
