Need lab result Received Date in query builder

When looking at clinical processes it can be important to know the arrival time, or Received Date, of lab results. Right now we don't have good access to this. Yes, one can right-click in the Virtual Chart and select "View Log", but this listing is not conducive to analysis (there is no Export to CSV, and besides which you have to double-click and scroll to find information). We need to analyse information from thousands of results via spreadsheets, not drill-down on one or two specific items - which seems to be the intended use of "View Log". So why not add "Received Date" to the output columns of a lab result in the query builder? Why not add "Received Date" to the line-up of searchable parameters? Imagine the process management inquires what would result.
