Hide remittance advice/Claims>Remittances from Clerical Staff

There is a need to Show/Hide the remittance advice and the claims remittances windows from users/clerical staff. Although clerical billers are authorized to access patient medical billing records for the purpose of submissions - there needs to be some discretion on behalf of the providers (by ext. the employers) to keep their incomes private from non-senior billing staff. Hence, we request that the remittance advice itself be added as a feature access so that it can be hidden if necessary. Same with claims>remittances (users need permissions to just error reports - not the Full RA)
