Improve Reports on Tasks (more information needed in the output)

Currently there are 2 options for running reports on tasks, but neither of them provide the option for pulling the data our clinic needs in a report/the output. The 'canned' Accuro report doesn't display who created the task, and the query builder only shows outstanding tasks and no option to constrain the date range. I'm requesting that one or both of the reporting functions also display the following data in the output (changes to the query builder would be best, since it's much easier to sort and organize the output from queries over canned reports): - Who created the task (needed in canned report). - Date of when the task was created; "Call Back Date" in the canned report is not fully useful because if a task was created Feb 1st, but marked as due in 6 months, the task doesn't show in the output report as being created on Feb 1st (needed in query builder and canned report). - Who the task was assigned to (needed in query builder). - Ability to constrain the date range of when the task was created (e.g. show me all of the tasks created in Feb 2015) (needed in query builder). - Show all tasks created within the date range completed or not, not only outstanding tasks (needed in query builder). - Task details, meaning the content written in the body of the task (needed in query builder).
