Move User Scheduling Prefs to User Preferences Menu

The Appointment Table and Schedule Titles sections of the Scheduling Preferences are user specific options in a module that allows changes that effect the entire Office. These sections should be added the User Preferences menu with the other scheduler options.

    Thanks Amanda - The idea was transferred over from our previous Ideas tool so must have transferred incorrectly. I have corrected.

    It says completed, but the two settings are still in the Scheduler Management module and not User Preferences
