To see at a glance by looking at the daily schedule if a patient has been billed.

There should be some sort of indicator on the patients name on a daily schedule to indicate if a patient has been billed. (ie) when billing patients in osler it comes up as a (b) on patients name in the appointment schedule. Right now if looking at a day schedule there is no indicator if a patient has been billed other than looking this up in patient details F4
