MCEDT message handling

The new automated MCEDT submissions option for Ontario is a great feature. One hiccup there is that error messages from MCEDT isn't coming through into Accuro which can cause hangups. For example a message to update passwords upon login doesn't filter through, and causes a login failure, that isn't easy to interpret. Interpreting and displaying these messages through Accuro will lead to less Help calls as the 120 mandatory password change period expires for users. A two way system that allowed the user to enter the password and update MCEDT and Accuro when the error is received would be even better.
