Patient Allergies Tag Within Status Bar Should Always Include Allergy Name

During the Reviewing of Existing functionality it was mentioned that if you place the allergy tag of "PATALLERGIES" within the demographics status bar it currently will populate only the allergy type, unless it exists that there is no type entered during creation, in that case it will default to using the name of the allergy instead. I do believe that the name should either be optional to display (Two tags, one for name one for type) or that the name should always display as generally people will not think to enter a "Codeine" allergy with a type also of "Codeine" or logically if Accuro asks them to enter a type they likely will.
