Sound Notification in Chat / Chat Improvements

Having the option of adding a sound notification to new or even subsequent chat requests or with new messages in an existing chat would be helpful. Unfortunately the pop up window notification feature only shows up with new requests (which doesn't seem to reliably always pop up in our case) but would seem helpful if it would also pop up or at least be on top of other windows for new messages in an existing conversation (have played with all chat settings and unable to achieve). And the "green" colour of the chat icon indicating a request is waiting is very subtle and easy to miss in a busy office setting. Ideally all of the above should be "options" in chat that the individual user or administrator can set.

    1. For the past couple weeks the chat has been auto logging me off line after 30-60 minutes of no use. I have made sure my setting are right however it does it automatically.

    2. I would also love to see the color icon and a sound improvement.

    I completely agree with this suggestion! I never see the chat icon turn green, and when the Dr is with a patient and needs to ask me a question (without leaving the room) I don't see the message in real time. Adding some sort of pop up window for all new messages would be extremely helpful. Also, I don't hear the sound because I use headphones to hear my voicemails, which I don't wear at all times.
