For the past couple weeks the chat has been auto logging me off line after 30-60 minutes of no use. I have made sure my setting are right however it does it automatically.
I would also love to see the color icon and a sound improvement.
I completely agree with this suggestion! I never see the chat icon turn green, and when the Dr is with a patient and needs to ask me a question (without leaving the room) I don't see the message in real time. Adding some sort of pop up window for all new messages would be extremely helpful. Also, I don't hear the sound because I use headphones to hear my voicemails, which I don't wear at all times.
